Open original on the source platform⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Webshare My experience with Webshare has been absolutely terrible. The IPs keep changing almost every day, causing serious disruptions to my work and resulting in losses worth thousands of dollars. The most frustrating part is that I specifically purchased…
Open original on the source platformI use Webshare's datacenter proxies for heavy, high-volume work, and they are the fastest and most reliable proxies I have used. Almost every IP works, and connections are fast and stable. When I ran into a problem with my plan's bandwidth limit, Gia from the support team reached out personally, li…
Open original on the source platformThe support bot experience wasn't great but after a human (or a better bot) was added to the conversation all was fixed very quickly.
Open original on the source platformAs far as I’m concerned, Webshare is the best proxy service. Their support is top-notch; although an AI responds initially, you get connected to a human agent for more serious issues. The quality of the proxies is excellent—I will definitely continue using Webshare for as long as I need them.
Open original on the source platformSupport was genuinely helpful and fast, but the IP stock for Japan is a bit misleading. I bought a Static Residential proxy hoping to get a Japanese ISP, but the IP I got was under Level 3, which gets flagged as a datacenter IP on every checker I used. Talked to support and they were super polite, b…

Open original on the source platformI accidentally cancelled my static residential plan while trying to disable auto-renewal. I reached out to customer support, and Leo handled my issue quickly and professionally. He offered a great solution and credited the full amount back to my account balance. Truly appreciate the helpful and efficient service!
Open original on the source platformGood customer service, had some minor issues with some proxies and they were friendly, helpful and super reactive. Dashboard UX and subscription management (adding proxies etc.) could be improved a lot.
