9HTTP — residential and static ISP proxies

9http.com

Residential proxy provider with pay-per-GB traffic that never expires (from $2.50 for 2 GB), unlimited-traffic plans billed by bandwidth or by ports, and static ISP IPs from $2.50 for 30 days. Pay by card, Alipay or cryptocurrency.

Editorial verdict: A good choice if you want cheap residential traffic that never expires or fixed-cost unlimited plans in one account; static ISP prices depend on the city, and refunds are only granted after review.

9HTTP pros and cons

Pros

  • Residential traffic never expires and drops to $0.55 per GB on large packages
  • Unlimited-traffic plans billed by bandwidth or by ports for heavy, long-running jobs
  • Static ISP IPs in dozens of cities across Asia, Europe and the Americas, from $2.50 per IP for 30 days

Cons

  • One day of unlimited bandwidth costs $99, so these plans only pay off for heavy workloads
  • Static ISP IPs are sold only for 30 days and have no trial
  • Not available in mainland China; refunds only after manual review

9HTTP sells residential proxies in three formats from one dashboard: rotating residential traffic paid per gigabyte, unlimited-traffic residential plans billed by channel speed or by number of ports, and static ISP addresses that stay fixed for 30 days. The residential pool is advertised at 90M+ IPs in 195+ countries and regions with country, city and ASN targeting. All products work over HTTP and SOCKS5; pay-per-GB proxies support username/password sub-accounts or an IP whitelist.

Pay-per-GB packages range from 2 GB for $2.50 to 3000 GB for $1650 ($0.55 per GB), and purchased traffic does not expire. Unlimited plans start at $99 for one day at 100 Mbps and cost $999 for 30 days, with faster channels up to 1000 Mbps; port plans start at $4.50 for 5 ports for one day, with packages of 50, 100 and 200 ports for 3, 7 or 30 days. Static ISP IPs cost $2.50 per IP for 30 days for broadcast addresses and $3.20–$7.80 for native addresses, depending on the city.

Checkout accepts bank cards, Alipay and cryptocurrency, as well as the account balance; crypto payments can take 30–60 minutes to be confirmed. A 500 MB residential trial is available on request through live chat, while static ISP plans have no trial. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are refused for expired or heavily used plans. The service cannot be used from mainland China.

Rotating residential proxies

Requests go out through real home IP addresses: rotate the IP on every request or keep a sticky session, and target a country, city or ASN. Connections work over HTTP and SOCKS5 with username/password sub-accounts or an IP whitelist, and proxy lists can also be pulled through an API. Each sub-account can get its own traffic limit.

Packages cost $2.50 for 2 GB, $15 for 10 GB, $60 for 50 GB, $80 for 100 GB and $130 for 200 GB; larger plans cost $300 for 500 GB, $580 for 1000 GB and $1650 for 3000 GB, which is $0.55 per GB. Traffic stays on the account until it is used up. A 500 MB trial is available on request through live chat.

Unlimited residential proxies by bandwidth

Instead of paying for gigabytes, you rent a channel of a fixed speed and send as much traffic as it carries during the plan. IPs come from the global residential pool, with rotation or sticky sessions over HTTP and SOCKS5. Unlimited traffic does not mean unlimited requests: the target sites' own limits still apply.

At 100 Mbps a plan costs $99 for 1 day, $349 for 7 days, $599 for 15 days and $999 for 30 days. A 30-day plan costs $1680 at 200 Mbps, $2199 at 300 Mbps, $2680 at 400 Mbps, $2999 at 500 Mbps, $3390 at 600 Mbps, $3850 at 800 Mbps and $4380 at 1000 Mbps; shorter terms are available at every speed. A paid 3-hour test at 100 Mbps costs $15.80.

Unlimited residential proxies by ports

Each port is a separate proxy endpoint with unlimited traffic; the IP behind it changes every 3–30 minutes, and all ports can be used at the same time. This format suits multi-account work and API-heavy jobs where the number of connections matters more than the amount of traffic. Ports draw on the global residential pool.

Ready packages: 5 ports cost $4.50 for 1 day, $13.50 for 3 days, $25 for 7 days or $95 for 30 days; 50 ports cost $90, $180 or $650 for 3, 7 or 30 days; 100 ports cost $155, $295 or $1050; 200 ports cost $295, $560 or $1980. Any quantity from 5 to 1000 ports can also be ordered, with the price per port falling from 51, 101 and 201 ports.

Static ISP proxies with native IPs

These addresses are assigned by internet providers and hosted in data centers, so they look like home connections while staying as stable as a server. Each IP is dedicated to you and does not change during the 30-day term, which suits logins, social media and other long sessions. You choose the city, and the address is picked at random or from a chosen subnet.

Native IPs are offered in about 70 cities. In the US they cost $3.20–$3.60 per IP for 30 days and in Europe $3.50–$3.80; most of Asia costs $3.80–$5.50, Australia, Brazil, Canada and South Africa $5.50, and Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam $6.50, while Mexico is the most expensive at $7.80. The exact price depends on the city. Every IP is billed separately with no volume discount, and there is no trial.

Static ISP proxies with broadcast IPs

Broadcast IPs are announced in the location you choose, but unlike native IPs they are not registered in that country, which makes them cheaper and a better fit for tasks where the registration country matters less. Like native IPs, each address is dedicated to you, stays the same for the 30-day term and works over HTTP and SOCKS5.

Broadcast IPs cost $2.50 per IP for 30 days in 28 cities across the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, London, Frankfurt, São Paulo and Mexico City; Lagos costs $3.50. Each IP is billed separately, and there is no trial.
