All proxies have rotation, even server ones, you can change the external address an unlimited number of times via the link (and the new addresses are the same and in the same location, even from the same provider!) Works with all browsers and other software, they give discounts for frequent use and…
I would like to pay special attention to the work of the support service. I use proxies to pay for games and had a lot of difficulties with it at the start. The support team performed at 10 out of 10. They really helped with all the issues.
If you need 100% geo and proxy settings match, with reliable billing and minimal traffic cost, or simply don't want to lose kings and queens or Google Ads accounts - a good option
Confidentiality and proxy cleanliness are very important in my work. I'm glad that the proxies are REALLY private, not shared among five people. No collection of personal data for "anti-multilogging protection," which happens with other services (we won't name names).
The only thing that seemed extremely inconvenient to me was that not all services and websites work through the proxy by default, and you have to contact support every time, submit a request for activation, and wait several days for the request to be processed, which may also be rejected.
Lots of cool features, test proxies, affiliate program, cool website. The proxies are fast, work without glitches, at least the Russian ones for sure
Definitely one of the best services. Proxies are top-notch. The IP change function works like a charm. A large selection of countries, support responds quickly and resolves any issues. I recommend it!)
I use Astroproxy. It turns out to be significantly more expensive in the end, but everything works stably
Prices could be more democratic, but you have to pay for quality) excellent service with a great product
Excellent proxies and website. The only thing that is annoying is the verification request every two months
Convenient control panel, accessible and intuitively understandable interface
Could not pay with crypto, otherwise everything is super

AstroProxy (astroproxy.com) runs three rotating IPv4 pools — mobile, residential and datacenter — with targeting by country, city and provider. Every proxy is a port: you pay a small fee to create it, and most of the cost is the traffic that goes through it. IPv6 is not offered.
With prepaid traffic you buy a package in advance, from 100 MB: from $13.14 per GB for mobile, $7.30 for residential and $3.65 for datacenter, plus $0.30 per port for 30 days. A top-up extends the term and adds the new traffic to what is left. Pay-as-you-go costs a little more per gigabyte — from $14.17, $7.87 and $3.94 — with a $0.10 port fee; traffic is charged every 10 MB, you need at least $0.13 per port on the balance to start, and ports unused for 45 days go to the archive. Prices are minimums: the final rate depends on the country you choose.
You can pay with bank cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency; the current list is shown in the dashboard. Port 25 (SMTP) is closed, so the proxies cannot be used for email campaigns, and some features may require identity verification.
Prepaid traffic costs from $3.65 per GB and is sold from 100 MB ($0.37), with a $0.30 port for 30 days. Pay-as-you-go starts at $3.94 per GB with a $0.10 port and is charged every 10 MB. Addresses can be grouped by country, city and data center, and the IP changes on a timer or on demand via a link.
Prepaid traffic costs from $13.14 per GB and is sold from 100 MB ($1.31), with a $0.30 port for 30 days. Pay-as-you-go starts at $14.17 per GB with a $0.10 port and is charged every 10 MB. Addresses can be grouped by country, city and carrier, and the IP changes on a timer or on demand via a link.
Prepaid traffic costs from $7.30 per GB and is sold from 100 MB ($0.73), with a $0.30 port for 30 days. Pay-as-you-go starts at $7.87 per GB with a $0.10 port and is charged every 10 MB. Addresses can be grouped by country, city and provider, and the IP changes on a timer or on demand via a link.
Residential proxy provider with pay-per-GB traffic that never expires (from $2.50 for 2 GB), unlimited-traffic plans billed by bandwidth or by ports, and static ISP IPs from $2.50 for 30 days. Pay by card, Alipay or cryptocurrency.
ARNPROXY sells static IPv4, IPv6 and ISP proxies plus residential traffic packages and rotating ISP and datacenter bandwidth. Payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and other cards.
Bright Data is a large proxy network for data collection: residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter IPs in about 195 countries. Residential traffic can be paid as you go with no subscription, and datacenter and ISP addresses come in packs from 10 IPs. Residential and mobile access requires identity verification.
FineProxy has run its own IPv4 pool since 2011. The storefront offers shared static datacenter, dedicated datacenter and static ISP/residential addresses. Billed per IP per month without per-GB charges on these lines.
