Summary

Top Proxy does not require an account for its public catalogue or tools. We do not ask visitors for identity documents or sell visitor data.

Visit analytics

We use Yandex Metrica to understand page use and referral sources. The counter receives visit, device, browser, and approximate region data. Link tracking and click maps are enabled. Session replay is disabled.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser. The catalogue and public tools will continue to work.

Public tools

An IP address is processed when it is needed to answer a request. Proxy lists submitted to the checker are not written to the database. A temporary rate-limit counter uses an IP address until the request window expires.

Affiliate redirects

An internal affiliate redirect records the route, selected destination, redirect outcome, and the referring page host and path. The IP address and User-Agent are used at redirect time to assign a daily anonymous visitor ID and classify the general device type, operating system, and browser family. The raw IP address and User-Agent are not stored. The identifier changes at the start of the next UTC day and does not identify a visitor.

Contact requests and server logs

The contact form stores the name, email address, company, message, and discovery source entered by the sender. Server logs support fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.
