these are the worst proxies. I took an ISP. I bought one country, and they gave me another. 1 IP replacement is available, I spent it - I was given full hosting IP and 99 fraud score. There are no more replacements, the price is high, support is only via mail, and there is no refund. Scam service

Editorial verdict: A wide choice of proxy types with low traffic prices and short 7-day static IP rentals; keep in mind that payments are non-refundable and traffic packages under 1 TB expire after 30 days.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Thordata. I purchased their service and deposited [$50] into my account account balance. However, the service has been completely unusable due to persistent technical failures on their end.

This service is a scam. They advertise a free trial on their homepage, but still charged me after I followed their free trial process. Even after being charged, I tried their Web Unlocker service and it didn’t work. I contacted support about a refund, but they showed no remorse for the bug in their…

Cons
No refunds: all payments are final
Traffic packages under 1 TB expire after 30 days
SOCKS5 only on datacenter proxies; not available in mainland China
Thordata sells rotating residential and mobile proxies paid per gigabyte, static ISP addresses and dedicated or shared datacenter proxies, plus high-bandwidth proxy servers for large downloads. The residential pool is advertised at 100M+ IPs in 190+ locations and the mobile pool at 600K+ IPs. IPs can change on every request or stay in a sticky session of up to 90 minutes. Residential, mobile and ISP proxies work over HTTP and HTTPS; SOCKS5 is offered only on datacenter proxies.
Residential traffic costs $2 for 1 GB, $18 for 10 GB, $75 for 50 GB, $150 for 150 GB and $280 for 350 GB; large plans of 1000, 2000 and 5000 GB cost $0.73 to $0.65 per GB. Packages under 1 TB are valid for 30 days, larger ones do not expire. Mobile traffic runs from $5 for 1 GB to $1100 for 500 GB. Static ISP and dedicated datacenter IPs are rented per IP for 7 or 30 days: from $1.50 per IP for 7 days for general ISP and datacenter IPs and from $4.50 for premium native ISP IPs, with discounts of up to 50% from 500 IPs. Shared datacenter traffic costs from $6 for 10 GB to $800 for 2 TB.
You can pay by bank card, PayPal, Alipay, cryptocurrency or PaymentWall; wallet top-ups start at $50. All payments are final and the provider does not refund paid services. A 100 MB trial is activated by support after registration; except for residential proxies it requires identity verification (KYC), which some restricted sites also require. The service is not available in mainland China.
Rotating residential proxies
Each request can leave through a new household IP, or you can keep the same address in a sticky session of 1 to 90 minutes; in practice a sticky IP usually holds for 15–20 minutes. You can choose the country and, where the pool allows, the state or city. Connections use HTTP or HTTPS with username and password, concurrent sessions are not limited, and a 100 MB trial does not require identity verification.
Packages cost $2 for 1 GB, $18 for 10 GB, $75 for 50 GB, $150 for 150 GB and $280 for 350 GB and are valid for 30 days. Large plans cost $730 for 1000 GB, $1400 for 2000 GB and $3250 for 5000 GB and have no expiry date.
Mobile proxies
Mobile carrier addresses look like ordinary smartphone users, which helps with social networks, ad checks and local search results. The IP can rotate automatically or stay in a sticky session of up to 90 minutes, and connections use HTTP or HTTPS with username and password.
Packages cost $5 for 1 GB, $99 for 25 GB, $330 for 100 GB, $792 for 300 GB and $1100 for 500 GB, which brings the price down to $2.20 per GB; traffic packages under 1 TB are valid for 30 days. Larger volumes are priced by the sales team.
Static ISP proxies
An ISP proxy keeps the same address for the whole rental, so it suits logins and accounts on marketplaces and payment sites. Sessions are not limited in time, bandwidth is not metered but falls under a fair-use policy, and connections use HTTP or HTTPS. Locations include many US cities as well as Canada, Mexico and Brazil; after expiry an IP can be renewed within 24 hours.
One IP costs $1.50 for 7 days or $5 for 30 days. Larger orders get a lower price per IP: from $1.20 (7 days) or $4 (30 days) for 2–9 IPs down to $0.75 or $2.50 per IP from 500 IPs.
Premium native ISP proxies
This premium tier uses addresses that Thordata sells as native IPs and is priced separately from the general ISP line. Like the general ISP line, they keep one address for the whole rental, have no traffic fees under a fair-use policy and work over HTTP or HTTPS. Native locations are mostly US cities such as Los Angeles, Dallas, Seattle and Las Vegas, plus Toronto.
One IP costs $4.50 for 7 days or $8 for 30 days. Volume discounts bring the price to $3.60 (7 days) or $6.40 (30 days) for 2–9 IPs and down to $2.25 or $4 per IP from 500 IPs.
Dedicated datacenter proxies
A dedicated datacenter IP is not shared with other customers, so its history depends only on your own use. These proxies support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, sessions are not limited in time, and locations span the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, from New York and Frankfurt to Tokyo and Singapore.
One IP costs $1.50 for 7 days or $4.50 for 30 days. Volume discounts lower the price to $1.20 (7 days) or $3.60 (30 days) for 2–9 IPs and to $0.75 or $2.25 per IP from 500 IPs.
Shared datacenter proxies
Shared datacenter proxies draw on a pool of 1M+ server IPs that several customers use at the same time, which keeps the price low for bulk data collection. The IP can change on every request or stay in a sticky session of 1 to 90 minutes, over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5.
Packages cost $6 for 10 GB, $28 for 50 GB, $54 for 100 GB, $130 for 250 GB and $245 for 500 GB; 1 TB costs $450 and 2 TB costs $800, which is $0.40 per GB.
High-bandwidth proxies
Instead of paying per gigabyte, you rent a server with its own bandwidth and rotating IPs from many subnets, built for high-concurrency transfers such as video collection. The server size (from 8 CPU and 16 GB RAM) and the channel (from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps) are chosen when ordering, and the order is placed through the sales team.
With 8 CPU, 16 GB RAM and a 200 Mbps channel, a rental costs $259 for 1 day, $630 for 7 days or $1750 for 30 days. Other configurations and custom bandwidth are quoted on request.
