terrible proxies, 90% doesnt work at all, proxies fail out for multiple days, no connect or error messages so fully unsuable.

Encore Corp

Editorial verdict: A practical pick for buyers who want clear thread- or port-based plans with unlimited bandwidth and card, PayPal or crypto checkout; geo targeting is coarse (USA/EU or worldwide rotating pools), and crypto renewals are manual.

They falsely claim reliable service and undetected residential IPs. I have been using their residential proxy service for a few days in a production service, and the IPs are being blocked about half of the time. I would be wary of this service.

Worst proxies I've ever seen in my life. Unstable proxies, no support, no refund, no reply to my emails. So stay away from this company. Bye bye my $160.

Such a crooked site that I couldn't even sign up. At first, no text messages were received. Then nothing happened when I pressed the "Next" button. After refreshing the page, the message "Too many attempts" started to appear.

Those do not answer. support after payment. Manually paid for the proxy via cryptocurrency to the wallet address that the support sent me in a letter. I sent them the transaction address, login and the package that I am paying for. In response, silence for a day.

Horrible company. Multiple of my ips won't rotate, and some of them has the same ip. I'm paying for 5 ports and atleast 2 of them have the exact same ip. The residential proxies are VERY easy to detect using any free and simple tool online and they come up as a detected proxy, which proxies like the…

Feeling like they don't give a s**t about customers. Support stops responding to messages that their proxies are not working. They suggest replacing the port manually, but this does not solve the problem, because the other port works just as sh***y. I could not get rid of Japanese, Chinese and Sou…

Storm Proxies pros and cons

Pros

  • Three clear lines: dedicated IPs, rotating datacenter threads and residential ports
  • Published package prices from $10/mo dedicated, $14/mo rotating and $19/mo residential
  • Card (FastSpring), PayPal and manual crypto (BTC, ETH, TRC20, BNB)

Cons

  • No city-level targeting on residential; USA or EU only
  • Crypto payments are manual and not recurring
  • Authorized access IPs and thread/port caps are fixed per package

Storm Proxies sells three main proxy lines on a network it says it owns: private dedicated static USA datacenter IPs, backconnect rotating datacenter proxies, and residential rotating proxies. Dedicated packages run from 5 to 400 IPs. Rotating datacenter plans are sold by simultaneous threads (10 to 200). Residential plans are sold by ports (1 to 100), with each port sharing one exit IP that rotates every five minutes and allowing up to 50 HTTP threads.

Monthly dedicated prices start at $10 for 5 IPs ($2 per IP) and fall to $1.60 per IP on 100-200 IP packs and $1.40 on 400 IPs. Rotating datacenter plans cost $14 for 10 threads, $39 for 40, $59 for 80, $97 for 150 and $147 for 200. Residential plans cost $19 for 1 port, $50 for 5, $90 for 10, $160 for 20, $300 for 50 and $550 for 100. Many mid-size packages also offer 6-month billing with one month free. Bandwidth is listed as unlimited on every plan; access is limited to the authorized IPs and thread or port count of the package you buy.

Payments go through FastSpring for cards, PayPal for subscriptions, or a manual crypto transfer in BTC, ETH, TRC20 or BNB/BEP20 (other coins such as LTC are not accepted, and crypto orders are not recurring). The smallest packages include a 24-hour money-back guarantee on the first order. Specialized sneaker, ticket and social-media pages use the same inventory families with use-case packaging.

Private dedicated proxies

Each IP is assigned to your package for social accounts, tickets or tools that need a fixed address. Authentication is by IP whitelist or user:pass, with up to 100 concurrent threads and virgin IPs on the listed plans.

Monthly prices are $10 for 5 IPs, $20 for 10, $40 for 20, $60 for 30, $90 for 50, $160 for 100, $320 for 200 and $640 for 400. The same sizes cost $50, $100, $200, $300, $450, $800, $1,600 and $3,200 for 6 months (about one month free). Bandwidth is listed as unlimited.

Backconnect rotating proxies

A backconnect gateway rotates exit IPs from a large datacenter pool. Package size sets how many concurrent connections you may open and how many authorized access IPs you can register.

Monthly prices are $14 for 10 threads (1 access IP), $39 for 40 (1), $59 for 80 (2), $97 for 150 (3) and $147 for 200 (5). Six-month billing is available for 40, 80 and 150 threads at $195, $295 and $485. Bandwidth is listed as unlimited.

Residential rotating proxies

Each port is one gateway endpoint: the exit IP changes every five minutes, and up to 50 HTTP threads on that port share the same IP until rotation. All residential plans allow one authorized access IP.

Monthly prices are $19 for 1 port, $50 for 5, $90 for 10, $160 for 20, $300 for 50 and $550 for 100. Six-month billing is offered for 10, 20 and 50 ports at $450, $800 and $1,500. Bandwidth is listed as unlimited; city targeting is not available.
