ProxyEmpire sells six proxy types from one account. The core products are rotating residential proxies (a pool advertised at 30M+ IPs in 170+ countries with country, region, city, ISP, ASN, OS and ZIP targeting) and rotating mobile proxies from 3G/4G/5G carrier networks (4M+ IPs, country, city and carrier targeting). Static ISP proxies give you a residential IP that stays assigned to you for the whole subscription in 19 countries, datacenter proxies cover cheap high-volume work, dedicated mobile proxies rent you a whole 5G device, and unlimited residential plans are billed by connection speed instead of traffic.
Traffic plans are prepaid without contracts and unused GB roll over. Residential traffic costs $7 for a single GB, and monthly plans go from $40 for 7 GB to $3,000 for 1,000 GB ($3.00/GB). Mobile traffic is $9 for 1 GB and $50 for 6 GB up to $4,000 for 1,000 GB. Datacenter plans run from $25 for 40 GB to $1,750 for 5,000 GB. Static ISP IPs cost $3.50 per IP per month for one IP and drop to $2.00 per IP at 2,000 IPs; their traffic is unlimited with a 100 GB monthly soft cap per IP. A dedicated US 5G device on Verizon costs $20 per day, $75 per week or $250 per month, and the unlimited residential pass starts at $200 per day for 100 Mbps.
All plans support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Checkout accepts bank cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. A 150 MB residential and mobile trial costs $1.97 and does not turn into a subscription. Refunds are decided case by case, crypto payments are never refunded, and the terms say the service is intended for business and professional use.
