**THIEVES! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!** I purchased 34 proxy IPs, and **12 of them NEVER worked from the very first second!** Luckily, my credit card only allowed me to purchase 34 instead of the 50 I originally wanted. Otherwise, I would have lost even more money! When I contacted support, thei…
Open original on the source platformTotal trap. Paid for dedicated US ISP proxies to run monitors and hit instant 403 blocks across the board. Dashboard says "active" while the actual connection is dead in the water. Hit up support an hour later for a refund and they pulled the scummy "you used 500MB just running tests" clause to deny…
Open original on the source platformIPROYAL IS A SCAM. Their service and customer support seem great until you pay. I purchased 50GB for $245, and they canceled my subscription the same day. When I contacted support to resolve the issue, they blocked me from live chat instead of helping. Terrible experience and a complete waste of mon…
Open original on the source platformDo not waste your money on this service. I purchased their "ISP/Residential" proxies expecting clean residential network traffic from real consumer internet providers. Instead, I caught them red-handed selling completely fake residential IPs. After checking the assigned proxy network data via IPinfo…
Open original on the source platformBought a non working proxy on this site. They refunded the money to my account upon request the money refunded to my payment method the money suddenly disappeared. I want my money back. This is an absolute shit site and the customer care responses are even worse.

The proxy itself worked: when I connected to the assigned IP the TCP connection was accepted, authentication succeeded and it returned HTT…
Open original on the source platformThe service didn’t work as expected for me. The support experience and handling of my refund request were disappointing, so I won’t be renewing.
Open original on the source platformBought a 1-day US dedicated ISP proxy ($2) to test. The proxy technically connects, but most major websites refuse it: ChatGPT, Gemini, Netflix, Disney+, TikTok and YouTube Premium all failed through it (verified with Clash Verge unlock tests on three devices). Only Claude and Spotify worked. Asked…
Open original on the source platformHonestly, IPRoyal used to be my best choice when I first started using their service. I've been a customer for over 3 years, but things have become so disappointing that it's finally time to move on. The IP quality is frustrating. With normal orders, I often get IPs with very high fraud scores. Wan…
Open original on the source platformIPRoyal is easily the world’s biggest scammer and the most ridiculously overpriced proxy service provider in the entire market. They charge extortionate rates compared to every other proxy provider while delivering a severely restricted product and using deceptive practices to steal customer funds.…
Open original on the source platformThe service is awesome, and the support was always there, fast and have a fix for any issue I'm facing. I literally wasted hours of their time on issues they're not supposed to help me with, and they were happy to do that. Awesome service and support. I recommend them.
