Their money guarantee is a scam, they will always make an excuse why they wont refund the proxies or they'll just keep saying to read their terms, even though you have a valid refund reason. Not including their high school drop-out support guy will treat you like you are the most stupid person ever.…

Worst support on earth that accuses you of not reading their answers when, in fact, you took time to explain why the solution they propose does not work. We paid two months of services for nothing... I would definitively not recommend this service.

HighProxies pros and cons

Pros

Dedicated IPv4 from $1.84 per month, down to $1.12 per IP on 1,000-IP packages
Unlimited bandwidth and a choice of US, European or Japanese locations at no extra cost
Pay with PayPal, cards, several cryptocurrencies or Wise

Cons

Datacenter IPs only; no residential or mobile proxies
No free trial, refunds only for unresolved technical issues, and crypto payments are non-refundable
Locations depend on stock, and only one free IP replacement per month after the first month

HighProxies sells static datacenter IPv4 proxies, and each IP is assigned only to your active service. The range covers general private proxies and SEO proxies over HTTP/HTTPS, SOCKS5 proxies, social media proxies, price aggregation proxies and classified ad proxies. According to its locations page, servers are in 16 cities in the USA, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan, and the price aggregation and classified ad lines also offer the Netherlands; at checkout you pick a region such as the USA, Europe, Japan, a single European country or a US coast at no extra cost, subject to stock. You connect with a username and password or by authorizing your own IP address.

Prices are set per package and, when we checked, included a 20% store discount. One private or SEO proxy costs $1.84 per month, 10 cost $17.60 and 1,000 cost $1,120, or $1.12 per IP. SOCKS5 and social media proxies start at $2.56 for one IP and $22.40 for 10, price aggregation proxies are sold from 5 IPs for $14.40, and classified ad proxies cost $2.36 for one IP, with a choice of eight US cities or Amsterdam. Many packages can also be paid for 3, 6 or 12 months at a lower monthly rate, for example 10 private proxies for $187.20 a year. There is no setup fee.

Bandwidth is unlimited on the listed plans, with up to 100 concurrent connections per IP, and you can ask for one free IP replacement per billing month from the second month on. There is no free trial: first orders get a 3-day technical review period, and refunds are considered only for technical problems that support cannot fix; cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. You can pay through PayPal (including cards where available), Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDC, USDT, Monero, Ethereum, Dogecoin or Wise. Residential and mobile proxies are not offered.

Private datacenter proxies

Each IP is a static datacenter address assigned only to you, which suits browsing from a fixed address, SEO tools, web research and QA testing. At checkout you choose the USA, Europe, both, Japan, a single country (UK, Germany, France, Spain or Italy) or the US West Coast, East Coast or California.

Monthly prices are $1.84 for 1 IP, $9.20 for 5, $17.60 for 10, $33.60 for 20, $68 for 50, $134.40 for 100, $197.60 for 150, $263.20 for 200, $596 for 500 and $1,120 for 1,000. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months lowers the monthly rate, for example 100 IPs for $1,500 a year or 1,000 IPs for $12,240 a year.

Proxies for SEO tools

The monthly prices match the general private proxies, from $1.84 for 1 IP to $134.40 for 100, but longer terms are priced differently: 10 IPs cost $47.52 for 3 months or $168.96 for a year, and 100 IPs cost $1,290.24 for a year. The same packages are also sold as dedicated IPs for proxy or VPN use.

You choose the location at checkout, including the USA, Europe, Japan, Japan with the USA, a single European country or a US region.

Dedicated SOCKS5 proxies

Use them in browsers, antidetect profiles and apps that require SOCKS5; keep in mind that SOCKS5 itself does not encrypt traffic. Locations include the USA, Europe, Japan, Japan with the USA, single European countries and US regions.

Monthly prices are $2.56 for 1 IP, $12 for 5, $22.40 for 10, $56 for 25, $108 for 50, $208 for 100 and $1,760 for 1,000. Six- and twelve-month billing is available for 5 to 100 IPs, for example 10 IPs for $120.96 for 6 months or $241.92 a year, and a single IP can be paid yearly for $28.

Proxies for social media accounts

Each account or browser profile can get its own fixed IP, which keeps accounts separated in antidetect browsers and automation tools; the same packages are also offered as Instagram proxies. Locations include the USA, Europe, Japan, single European countries and US regions.

Monthly prices are $2.56 for 1 IP, $12 for 5, $22.40 for 10, $56 for 25, $108 for 50 and $208 for 100. Packages of 5 to 100 IPs can be paid for 6 or 12 months, for example 100 IPs for $2,246.40 a year, and a single IP costs $28 a year.

Proxies for price monitoring

Intended for checking public prices, stock and competitor listings from a fixed IP. You choose one location at checkout: the USA, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Japan or Italy.

The packs cost $14.40 for 5 IPs, $28 for 10, $66 for 25 and $120 for 50 per month; longer billing periods are not offered for this line.

Proxies for classified listings

You pick one city at checkout: San Jose, Phoenix, Miami, Las Vegas, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Washington, Charlotte or Amsterdam. The IPs come from several subnets and are advertised as previously unused.

Billing is monthly only: $2.36 for 1 IP, $11.60 for 5, $22.40 for 10, $53.60 for 25, $100 for 50 and $196 for 100.
