DataImpulse (dataimpulse.com) offers four traffic-billed lines: residential, datacenter, mobile and premium residential. Traffic credits do not expire.
On residential, datacenter and mobile, Intro usually starts at $5 and Basic at $50; Advanced lowers the per-GB rate at higher volumes. Exact targeting (state/city/ZIP/ASN) doubles traffic cost on those lines. Premium residential includes advanced targeting without the 2× surcharge; volume from $4000 is $4/GB.
Buyers can pay with cards, cryptocurrency, Alipay, and regional methods (Apple Pay / Google Pay, bank transfer, UPI / QRIS, PIX). PayPal is not in the standard checkout.
