Awful experience. I paid for a premium residential/ISP IP that was supposed to be clean, but ended up with serious reputation issues and a very high fraud score. When you ask for a replacement because the IP they provided has problems, they'll eventually refuse any further replacements — even when…

I have been using their services for a long time now, and I must say they are one of the best platforms out there, and the customer service they provide is top-notch, and I never had an issue that they didn't swiftly resolve. I recommend these guys to everyone.

I purchased a service from IPBurger and paid via BTC. Due to service issues, I later requested a refund. Their support repeatedly told me that the refund had already been sent, but I have not received any BTC refund in my wallet. When I contacted support again, they claimed they “could not find an…

Large selection of IP addresses for Germany. Customer service responds quickly and tries to resolve inquiries as best as possible.

My experiences with IPBurger were always positive, from the chat support agents who were willing to explaining everything to the super helpful setup docs. The tool itself has worked great, bar a few kinks, which is currently being looked at by an agent and I'm certain will be rectified.

The support is really good for a starting business from the Philippines! We've been using their service for the other company that I've for and they've been excellent for years. Now it is time to have my own account with them!

Before our chat, I wasn't clear about dedicated residential IPs—whether static or rotating. Now I understand. Thank you, Miss Eve.

This is the WORST, most DISHONEST, and SCAMMIEST company I’ve ever dealt with. IPBurger.com charged my card $1800 USD without my permission, and when I contacted support to fix the issue, they pretended to "investigate." I sent them full proof — transaction records, screenshots, everything. And wha…

I use a dedicated proxy from IPBurger on a Mac for a year now and it works perfect for my use in e-commerce (i.e get the local price). I intend to use it even more since I realized it can completely replace my previous VPN without the troubles. I highly recommend.
