Dont buy from here. They totally stole from me from my traffic consumption. I have every GB logged and they are claiming I used 3x the traffic I really used. What a total waste of $50. Now I understand why the minimum top-up is $25.

Everything was ok until this day. I enforced with error "Access blocked, please contact support." while i trying to enter to my account. There is no where i can find email of support or something else to contact with them.

Amazing customer service from Soax.com. They're always there to help you out with your use cases. I've been using others well, but I've never seen this level of service. The customer service is outstanding.

The service is unusable. It's horrible. You can't get a sticky proxy even if your dashboard settings are set to "Hold IP if connection lost" The proxies often change literally after 5-10 seconds. Whatever project you have open is immediately burnt and banned. Their chat support responds in hours…

We’ve been using SOAX since January 2025, and overall our experience has been very positive. At the beginning, our sales contact, Roman, was helpful and understanding when we needed more time to finalize our agreement. He extended our offer and made the onboarding process smooth. Our account repre…

I've been using SOAX for years, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The proxy performance is reliable and fast, and the dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate. What truly sets SOAX apart, though, is their Customer Success Manager support. Our dedicated Customer Success Manag…

I do a lot of web scraping and have tested various proxy providers, but personally, I feel that Soax offers a far superior experience in terms of connection stability and IP quality. After switching completely to Soax, my performance has significantly improved. I'm now fully relying on Soax and hope…

I've had a bit of trouble with invoice and couldn't find and pay for it. Decided to give a shot to support and in less than a minute I got connected to a support guy named Jani. Jani here took about 30 secconds to: • Inform me of the problem • Provide a quick solution • Tell me what to do in futur…

Pretty decent service, clear pricing, and the ability to specifically target ISPs and areas. Support rep was also super helpful and responded quickly, and I could pick up the conversation across a couple of days.

Utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. At first they were ok - they sometimes don't connect and is sometimes slow. But it's usable. Then without any notice, they shut off your service, causing a huge production outage. If you're even thinking of using Soax, be prepared to work with a team of untr…

They had proxy issues for the most part of the week. The service is just terrible. I definitely can't recommend them. Constant issues with proxies changing mid-work, sticky sessions do not work and a lot of work is lost/banned thanks to this. Buying packages does not work, either CC is not accepted…

It's rare to find proxy providers with such a decent support service, on top of the stability and speed of the proxies. Definitely recommend
