Warning: Be Careful Using Rayobyte.com! I purchased from Rayobyte twice using my Visa card. After I stopped using their service, they kept attempting to charge my card almost every hour. I logged into my account to remove my payment method, but there is no option to delete my card. I strongly advi…

The sign-up process was smooth and easy. The short intro video from the CEO was inviting. I've tried other resi prox services and was disappointed. Looks like rayobyte may be the answer I've needed for a long time.

Be Everywhere and Nowhere at the Same Time When your job involves hitting the internet hard, pulling data at scale, and delivering reliable results to customers about what the internet says about them, you can't do it all from your own IP address. The proxy quality is terrible; connecting to all websites is very slow. The customer support team was almost completely ineffective throughout the month I rented the proxy. From the time I purchased it until the expiration date, I couldn't use it and received no helpful support or resolution regard…

The proxy speed was very slow, and when asked to check and resolve the issue, they only responded irresponsibly that their proxy was working normally, even though it was very weak and unusable.

Over the last several years, working with them was hard, not clear, and the communication wasn't very good either. If you have alternatives, I would seriously consider those over this company.

The page for Rotating DC lets you configure a command for geolocation, including a long list of countries. I trusted this, and purchased a good amount of bandwidth, but I'm gett…

Not bad but constant need of rotating ip addresses is very unconvenient and it has happened not once but 4 times for the past year, including 2 incidents when production server services stopped working because of this edit for reply: i don't know why you pretend you don't know what "incident" you…

Don’t waste your time. Their website and Google listing claim that a trial is available after registration, but once we signed up, they didn’t even provide 10MB for testing. This is misleading, and I’m sharing this so others don’t fall for their false claims. please remove the thank section if you c…

easy sign up, one of the few legit free trials I have encountered. Site is self explanitory , easy to use even for the non-techie types.
