I decided to close my account and leave Proxy-Cheap solely because of the terrible and unprofessional customer service from a support agent named "Boji". He replies extremely late and actively tries NOT to help customers. After requesting account closure, they only initiated a refund invoice for the…

I bought static residential (ISP) proxies from Proxy-Cheap several times. The product is not what is advertised. One of the IPs I received was sold to me as a static residential ISP IP. In reality it belongs to AS174 Cogent Communications — a backbone/datacenter carrier, not a residential broadband…

Very poor service. They provide IP addresses with inaccurate geolocation data and a terrible reputation, often flagged as high-risk or associated with VPNs and spam. Even worse, they refuse to offer a replacement or a refund. Extremely disappointing customer service. I do not recommend this provider.

Very disappointing experience. The service was unreliable, speeds were inconsistent, and connections often failed. I also found the overall performance frustrating for the price. Support did not resolve my issues quickly. I expected a much more stable and dependable proxy service, but this did not m…

I made a $25 cryptocurrency deposit after checking their terms and being informed that KYC triggers at much higher thresholds ($250+). However, immediately after taking my money, Proxy-Cheap restricted my account and demanded full identity verification (passport/ID) just to use the $25 balance or pu…

I paid for a Static Residential ISP proxy (ID #2419371), but received a Corporate/Business IP under Lumen/Linknet. Support agent Jim refused replacement or refund over 1.5GB used for initial checks, claiming falsely that corporate means residential. Chargeback initiated with my bank.

Silent restriction added after IP reset — support refused to fix or refund I purchased a Static ISP proxy (#1810540) from Proxy-Cheap on July 2, 2026. Before the IP reset, it worked with no effective concurrent-connection limit. After the IP was reset, a 100-concurrent-connection limit appeared on…

Purchased three dedicated datacenter proxies. They worked on other sites but were incompatible with my intended target, so I contacted support about a refund shortly after purchase with little to no usage. My biggest thing that makes me mad was the support process, responses could take hours, but on…

Quite an amazing experience. I use a set of their ISP proxies (5), and all of them seem to work fine. I sometimes can't sign up to services, but I buy proxies that could potentially be used - they also offer ones that definitely were not which are probably even more reliable. I currently couldn't fi…

I purchased a US static residential proxy but its geolocation is inconsistent across databases, and on Meta/Facebook it resolves to Asaba, Japan. What I'm seeing: - 3 IP-lookup sites report the IP as United States - 1 IP-lookup site reports it as United Kingdom - Facebook/Meta resolves it to Asaba,…
